Documentation Support

Our Project Officer / Engineer will in addition to providing technical support maintain a complete Quality Assurance file. The file will contain copies of all reports, evaluations, recommendations, and any actions related to the surveillance system installed.



In order to maintain high quality of Customer Service our technicians will make a surveillance visit / service call once three months in order to make sure the system is working according to the designed specifications and customer is having no issues.

The main focus for the surveillance service call will be to look at any issues that the customers have faced since the system was last commissioned.
